We are located at Pavan Trade Centre, which is number 17 in Bhavani Peth. It’s right by the Palkhi Vithoba Chowk, which is a very famous landmark in this part of town. Pavanraj Plasto Pvt. Ltd. has been in this spot for quite a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Our building is usually surrounded by a lot of traffic and people walking to the nearby shops. Inside, we deal with all sorts of plastic goods. The ground floor is mostly storage, so you’ll see crates and plastic items stacked up high. The office is on the mezzanine level where it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the noise from the street. We handle a lot of wholesale orders, so there is always someone coming in to check samples or talk about bulk pricing. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. Visitors usually just walk right into the middle of the action. The staff here is like a small family; we know each other's kids and celebrate birthdays with sweets from the bakery down the street. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big shipment arrives and we have to move things around to fit everything in. We don't use a lot of complicated technology, just a few computers and a lot of notebooks to track what’s going in and out. It is a busy place but we enjoy it.
