Patil Dairy

Patil Dairy has been operating here on the Katraj Aundh Road for quite a few years now. We are located in the 41309 area of the city. Most of our actual work happens very early in the morning when the sun is only just starting to come up. We have to get the milk packets ready before the first customers arrive for their breakfast supplies. It can be a bit cold and damp in the mornings. The floor is usually a little wet because we are always washing down the counters and the milk crates. We have these big industrial fridges that make a loud humming sound all day and night. Katraj Aundh Road is a long stretch and we see thousands of cars and buses passing by our front door. We sell fresh milk, thick curd, and some other basic dairy items like butter. It is a very simple and straightforward business. We don't have any fancy decorations or bright signs. Just the essential things we need to work. Some people pull up on their motorcycles and leave the engines running while they quickly grab a packet of milk. It gets really hectic around 7 or 8 in the morning. After that rush, things settle down quite a bit for the afternoon. We spend the rest of our time cleaning up or checking what needs to be ordered for the next day. It is honest, hard work. Patil Dairy is just a local spot for the families living in the nearby buildings. We keep things going.
