We've got our office over at MSR Square, right behind the Chinchwad railway station. We occupy units 17 and 18 on that floor. It’s a handy location because the trains are right there, so it’s easy for people to find us. We do construction work, which means our days are usually a mix of being in the office and being out on the dirt at various sites. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We aren't big on fancy furniture or making the place look like a showroom. It’s a working office where we actually get things done. My partner and I started this because we knew the building trade and wanted to run things our own way. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just take the jobs as they come and try to keep our schedules on track. Sometimes the noise from the station can be heard, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s just part of the daily routine here in Chinchwad. We know the other business owners in the building and it feels like a good little community. Most of our clients are people who live or work nearby, and we like it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. We’re just local builders trying to earn a living without any unnecessary fuss.
