Pate Siddhashila Developers Llp

We work out of Siddhashila House on Bhandarkar Road. It’s at 770/4 in Lane 4, over in the Shivajinagar area of Pune. Pate Siddhashila Developers Llp has been in this part of town for quite some time. 411004 is a well-known area, and we like being tucked away in one of the lanes here. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, with lots of wooden desks and stacks of papers everywhere. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We spend our time managing different building projects across the city. Pune is growing so fast that there is always something to do. We don't have a marketing department or a spokesperson. It’s just us talking to people and making sure the construction is moving forward. Sometimes we sit in the office and have tea while discussing how to handle a difficult foundation or a late shipment. We don't go for the hard sell. People around Bhandarkar Road know where we are if they need us. Dealing with local rules and contractors takes up most of our energy. The trees on Lane 4 make it a nice place to work, even when things get stressful. We just keep our focus on the actual building work. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far and we plan to keep going.
