Pashankar Group

We are based out of Kharadi 68. The Pashankar Group has been working in this area for a good while now. Kharadi has changed so much lately with all the new IT parks and big buildings coming up everywhere. We’ve seen it go from mostly empty land to a very busy part of the city. Our office is where we handle the day-to-day business of building and managing projects. It’s a lot of work coordinating with different people, from workers on the site to folks looking to buy a new home. We don’t really use a lot of big words or fancy talk here. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. There’s always some construction noise nearby, which is just part of life in Kharadi these days. We spend our mornings checking on how the work is progressing and the afternoons meeting with people who have questions about their units. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes it gets dusty and loud. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We know the local roads and the shortcuts around here better than anyone. It’s an honest way to make a living, watching something grow from the ground up. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes things get delayed, that's just how construction is, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. That's about all we do.
