Parv Ventures

Parv Ventures is tucked away at 39/D in Gultekdi, right on J.N. Road. It’s a practical location for us. The building is older, and you can hear the traffic from the road all day long. We have a few desks and a lot of cabinets for all the records we have to keep. Gultekdi is a busy area, so there’s always people coming and going. We don’t have any big signs or anything, just a small nameplate. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we have a couple of fans that stay on all the time. Sometimes we have clients come in, but mostly we just deal with people remotely. The office has been the same for years, we haven't really changed much of the furniture or the layout. It’s comfortable for us, even if it looks a bit dated to others. We keep track of various projects and ventures from here. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people are where they are supposed to be. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days we don’t even have time to eat lunch. It’s just the way it goes when you’re running a small operation. We like being in Gultekdi because it feels like home to us now and the chai nearby is good.
