PARSHWA SEVEN CONSTRUCTION & REALTY LLP

Flat No. 8 in Harikunj Society is where we set up our base. It’s over in Mukund Nagar. It’s a quiet enough residential area, which is nice for an office. Parshwa Seven is a small LLP. We handle construction and some realty work too. It’s mostly about finding the right plots and seeing what can be built there. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our work and go home. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or looking at sites. The society where our office is is pretty old, but it’s central. We like it here. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many people coming in and out, but we try to keep it down. Real estate is a tricky business with all the paperwork and the changing prices. We just try to keep our heads down and stay organized. My partner and I started this after working for other people for years. We figured we could do it ourselves. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people. If someone needs a renovation or a new build, they find us. It’s a lot of phone calls and walking around in the sun. But that’s what construction is. It’s not as glamorous as the photos make it look. We just try to get the walls straight.
