Parshwa Buildtech LLP is based in the New Timber Market area of Pune. Our office is in the Ashapuri Building, number 270/1, on Pandit Nehru Marg. It's a busy part of town, especially with all the trade going on nearby. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit, and it suits what we do. We mostly focus on building projects around Pune. The office isn't anything special to look at; it's just a place where we keep our files and meet with contractors. A typical day involves a lot of coordination and checking on site progress. We don't use any slick slogans or try to act like a giant corporation. We’re just local people who know how to build things. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend as much time on the construction sites as we do at our desks. The air in the Timber Market is usually full of wood dust and noise, which we've gotten used to. We keep our operations simple and direct. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have questions about our work. We just try to do a solid job on every project we take on. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and we like seeing the buildings actually get finished. That’s our life here every day.
