Our office is located in the Antheia building on Nehru Nagar Road in Pimpri. We are in Wing C2, flat number 706. It’s a busy area and we’ve been working from here for quite some time now. We handle various types of development and building work. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of the time we’re in dusty clothes because we’ve been out at a site. The office is our base where we handle the permits and the payroll and all those other necessary evils. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy marketing or trying to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a local business with a small team. Sometimes we run into delays with the local authorities or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just deal with it. It’s all part of the building process. We’ve seen Pimpri change a lot over the years, and we’ve been involved in a few of those changes ourselves. We like to keep things straightforward with our clients and the people we hire. There’s no point in overcomplicating things. We just look at the plans and try to get the work done as best as we can. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things get a bit messy, but that’s how it goes in this line of work. We’re just regular people doing a regular job, trying to get things finished.
