We are based out in Bavdhan, Pune. Our office is at Green Valley, specifically building P1, flat 301. It's a quiet area near the Maratha Mandir, which we like because it's away from the main city chaos. We've been working as Parkhi Promoters & Developers Private Limited for a while. Mostly, we deal with local development projects. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We don't have fancy receptionists or big corporate boards. It’s just a few of us trying to make sense of the real estate world in Pune. The hills around Bavdhan are beautiful, and we try to work in a way that fits the local vibe. Some days are just filled with paperwork and dealing with the municipal office, which is the boring part of the job. But when we actually get to see a project take shape, it feels worth it. We moved into this office on survey number 18/1 because it was close to where we were doing a lot of our work. We know the neighbors and the local shops around here. We aren't looking to become some massive national chain. We're happy just being a local Pune business that people can talk to directly. If you call, you’ll probably speak to one of us directly, not a machine. We handle the site visits ourselves and make sure the laborers are doing what they're supposed to. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days.
