Parbhanna Construction Private Limited is based out of Pune City. You can find us at Mhada 1A, room 902 in the Paranjape area, specifically Abhiruchiparisar. It’s a bit of a climb up to the 9th floor, but that’s where we do all our planning. We aren't a massive company with a shiny lobby. It’s a pretty straightforward setup where we manage our construction projects. We’ve been working around Pune for some time. The city is always changing and there’s always something new being built. We like being part of that, even if it’s just a small part. Construction is a messy business. There’s always dust, noise, and people calling you about things that aren't ready. We try to keep a handle on it all from our office. We don't use a lot of fancy language to talk about our work. We just tell it like it is. If a project is behind, we say so. If the materials are late, we deal with it. It’s a practical way of doing things. We spend most of our days talking to workers and checking on sites. Being in Abhiruchiparisar is handy because we are close to where a lot of the action is. We’re just a group of people who know how to build stuff. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in town, just to keep our heads down and finish the jobs we started. That’s how we’ve always done it here.
