PARANOMOS DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up shop here at Indira Shankar Nagari in Kothrud quite some time ago. It is just a regular flat, number 24 in building B/6, where we handle most of our paperwork and planning. Being in Pune, specifically around S. No. 81/4-B/1, means we are right in the middle of things. Paranomos Developers is basically just a group of us trying to get projects off the ground. It gets a bit busy around the office sometimes because the space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes people find it hard to find our specific building because the society is quite large and the numbering is a bit confusing to outsiders, but once you are here, it is actually pretty quiet. We have been focusing on local development work for a while now. Most days involve a lot of site visits and then coming back here to update the files and make sure the accounts are right. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of tea to keep us going. Kothrud has changed a lot since we started, and we have seen a lot of new buildings go up around us. We just try to keep our heads down and get the work done. It is a straightforward business, really. We handle the technical side of building things and make sure the paperwork is sorted out properly. The address might look long on paper, but it is just home base for us.
