Paranomos Constructions Private Limited

Our office is over in Kothrud, Pune, inside Indira Shankar Nagari. We are in Building B/6, Flat 24. It’s a pretty typical Pune residential area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We like it that way. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner feels familiar. The office is where we handle all the construction planning and the boring side of the business like permits and bills. We’ve got a few rooms filled with blueprints and some old cupboards. It’s not a high-tech space, but it’s where all the real decisions get made. We spend a lot of time out at the actual construction sites, so the office is mostly a home base. The team is just a few of us who have been in the building trade for years. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just local people who know how to build things. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony to have our tea and talk about the day’s problems. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the work seriously. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a drawing or checking the weather forecast. It’s just how we operate. Nothing fancy, just hard work. We don't have a polished sales team, just a crew that knows how to put buildings together and keep things running smoothly.
