Paranjpe Schemes (C) Ltd is located over at D-24 Shiv Pushpa Park in Anand Nagar. We are in Pune 411051. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, which is nice because it’s not as loud as the main markets. Our team has been operating from this building for quite a bit. Just a regular office is all it is, where we handle construction details. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes slow, but we get the job done regardless. The neighborhood around Anand Nagar is pretty friendly. You get used to the same people walking by every morning. We do our own thing, mostly focusing on the projects we have going on across the city. Construction involves a lot of moving parts, so our day is usually full of phone calls to vendors and checking on timelines. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We have a small kitchen area where we eat lunch together. Taking that break helps. The walls are covered in project schedules and some old calendars we forgot to take down. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. We just show up, wear our boots when we need to, and make sure the work is solid. It’s a practical way to run a business. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad.
