Paranjape Schemes

This is another branch of Paranjape Schemes, but this one is over in Chinchwad. The address is H.No. 100 in the Pourush Housing Society, which is in the Dalvinagar area. Chinchwad is a bit different from the other parts of Pune, with a lot more industrial vibes nearby, but our office here is tucked away in a housing society. It’s a quiet enough spot where we can focus on the scheme details and all the admin work that comes with it. We have the usual stuff you’d expect in a local office—a couple of computers, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. We deal with the local residents and anyone interested in the schemes we manage around this part of town. It isn’t a flashy place. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait or work by the window light. That’s just how it is. We handle the paperwork for the houses and try to keep everything organized for the people who are moving in. Dalvinagar is a decent place to work, and being in the Pourush society means we are close to the actual buildings we talk about. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream with fancy words. We are just here to do the job of managing the schemes and helping people with their housing files every day.
