This office for Paranjape Schemes is located in Pimple Gurav, Pune. You can find us at Flat No 2 on the first floor of the Bhaktinandan Building in Laxminagar. It is a simple setup where we handle the various housing schemes and projects we have going on. Pimple Gurav is a busy residential neighborhood, and we are right in the middle of it. People walk in all the time to ask about new developments or to finish up their paperwork for a flat. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk up to the first floor and talk to whoever is at the desk. There are always stacks of blueprints and folders full of documents lying around. We spend a lot of time explaining things to people and making sure the records are correct. It’s a lot of everyday work, dealing with the local authorities and the people who want to buy a home. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice. We are just a local team and we know the Pune real estate market because we live and work right here. We don't use big words or try to act like we are a giant multinational. We are just Paranjape Schemes, working out of a flat in Laxminagar to get these housing projects finished and sorted for the people who need them.
