Papcel A.S.

We've been here at Unicovska for quite some time now. Most people around here know Papcel A.S. because we've just always been part of the landscape. It's a busy spot. The floors are usually a bit dusty and the noise from the machines is pretty constant, but that's just how a workshop is. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or painting the walls every year. Instead, we just show up and handle the paperwork or the mechanical stuff that needs doing. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and we just deal with it. We have a crew that’s been around for years. They know where every tool is kept and which windows leak when it rains heavy. It’s not a glamorous setup by any means. If you walk into our building, you'll see stacks of manuals and parts sitting around. It feels lived-in. We focus on the actual tasks at hand rather than trying to look impressive for visitors. Being on Unicovska gives us enough space to move things around, though it gets cramped when a big shipment arrives. There are days when things go smooth and days when everything seems to take twice as long, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the operations running like they should. It’s a plain place with plain people doing what they know how to do. Sometimes it's loud and messy, but we prefer it that way.
