Panchshil Reality

Panchshil Reality is located in Wadgaon Sheri. Our office is specifically at Flat No. 52, H1 Building, in the Shubham Housing Society. It’s a typical Pune housing society, so it’s got that lived-in feel. We chose to work out of here because it’s central to where a lot of the growth is happening in the city. Wadgaon Sheri is always busy these days. We deal with reality, meaning we spend a lot of time looking at properties and talking to people about where they want to live or work. It’s a lot of running around, so the office is often just a place to touch base and file some reports. We don't have a big fancy storefront. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the society address. Inside Flat 52, it’s just a standard setup with a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't like to make things look more complicated than they are. We just tell people the facts about the properties we’re involved with. Sometimes the society gets a bit noisy during the festivals, but we don't mind. It feels like being part of the community. We’ve been in Pune 411014 for several years now and we know the streets around here like the back of our hand. It’s just a normal business run by normal people. We get the job done without any fuss.
