Panchshil Reality

We are based out in the Shewalewadi area, near the Manjri Farm post. It’s a bit outside the main city rush of Pune, which we actually prefer. Our office is in Tal Haveli. We deal with real estate and land, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and visiting different sites. It’s not just sitting behind a desk for us. We’re often out in the sun, walking around plots of land or meeting people at their properties. The area around 412307 has been changing quite a lot lately with new developments popping up everywhere. We’ve seen the fields turn into buildings over the years. It’s a lot of paperwork, dealing with the district offices and making sure all the records are right. Sometimes things move slower than we’d like because of the bureaucracy, but that’s just how real estate works in India. We have a small team here who knows the local geography well. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. We’re more of a local operation where you can just walk in and have a chat about what’s available. Most people come to us because they know we’ve been in the Manjri area for a long time. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when a big project is starting. We just keep our heads down and do the work, one plot at a time, making sure the files are all in order.
