You can find us over at Rajdeep Complex in Undri. We are in Flat No 202, which is part of Milkat No 277. It is not a massive office building, just a regular complex where we set up Panchdaya Shraddha Realty Llp. Undri is a growing area in Pune, and we have seen a lot of changes around here lately. Our workspace is quite modest. We don't go in for anything too flashy. It is just a flat where we keep our files and meet people about real estate. The 411060 area is where we spend most of our time. Being on the second floor is convenient because we don't always have to wait for the lift if we are in a hurry. Sometimes the parking in the complex gets a bit tight, but we manage. We are just local folks working in the Pune property market. We have been here for a bit and know the Undri streets pretty well by now. It is a simple setup for a realty business. We have our desks, our computers, and we just get on with the day. No big mission statements or corporate talk here.
