Panchal Buildcon Private Limited is located at Sr No 85/1/2. We are in Row House No Tb 04/A, which is part of the Manjari Green area in Manjari Bk. Working out of a row house gives us a different vibe than a standard office block. It feels more like a home office, which we like. The name Panchal Buildcon Private Limited is on our paperwork and the small board outside. Manjari Green is a nice enough neighborhood. We have neighbors living right next door, so we try to keep the noise down. The office is mostly filled with blueprints and stacks of paper. It’s not very tidy, but we know where everything is. We don't have any corporate policies about what to wear or how to talk. We just act like ourselves. Manjari Bk is growing, and we’ve seen more people moving into the area recently. Our spot in Tb 04/A is easy to find if you know the row house layout. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of our projects. It's a simple setup with a couple of desks and a printer that jams way too often. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just take things one day at a time here at Panchal Buildcon Private Limited. It’s a straightforward business in a quiet residential corner. We don’t try to be anything we aren't, just a local group doing our thing.
