You’ll find Panch Ratna Hospitality Services out in Lohagaon, right across from D.Y. Patil College. We operate out of a space at Survey Number 297/2, care of Satish Nagnath Dale. It’s a lively area because of all the students and faculty constantly moving around. The road outside can get pretty jammed up when classes let out, but we don't mind the energy. We’ve been here long enough to know all the local tea stalls and where to find the best snacks. Our business is pretty straightforward. We look after hospitality services, which means we spend a lot of time making sure things are clean, organized, and running smoothly. It’s not always glamorous work; there’s a lot of scrubbing, dusting, and heavy lifting involved. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. Our place is more practical, filled with the tools and supplies we need for the day. Most of us are just regular people from around Pune who wanted a steady job close to home. We don't go around making big promises we can't keep. We just show up every day, do the work that needs to be done, and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a busy life, especially with the college right there, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
