PANASIA RISING SPACES LLP

Panasia Rising Spaces LLP operates out of Opus 77 in the Vinode Wasti area of Pune. Our office is Flat No. C 903, so it is more of a residential-style workspace than a typical corporate office. This part of the city, near S. No. 77, has seen a lot of change recently with all the new buildings going up. We are right in the middle of all that growth. Most of our work involves managing spaces and looking at new opportunities in the real estate market. We are a small team and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. We do not have a big reception desk or a lot of fancy furniture. It is mostly just computers, a big table for meetings, and a lot of folders. We spend our days talking to builders and buyers, trying to connect the dots. The vibe in the office is very laid back. We do not use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just local people who know the Pune property market and want to do a good job. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just take a break until it comes back. It is a very human way of running a business. We like the neighborhood because it feels like it is actually going somewhere, and we are happy to be part of it.
