Our office is based in the Ved Vihar Complex, which is on Magarpatta Road in the Hadapsar area. We are in B Wing, Flat Number 3. It is a modest office setup that serves as the hub for our infracon business. Hadapsar is growing quite fast, and being on the main road helps us stay in touch with the local developments. We spend most of our time dealing with construction logistics and site management. A typical day for us involves checking on the progress of our current projects and making sure the workers have what they need. Our team is small, and we have all known each other for quite a while. The office can get a little bit crowded when everyone comes in for the weekly meetings, but we make it work. We usually have one or two people handling the office work while the rest of us are out on the field. Magarpatta Road is always busy and loud, which is just part of the atmosphere here. We don't really go for a fancy corporate look; we just focus on the actual construction tasks that need to be finished. Sometimes we run into delays because of the weather or material shortages, which is pretty common in this industry. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our schedules as realistic as possible for everyone involved.
