We are located over at Ratan Park, specifically in Building D-2, room 16. It’s right near Abhinav College in Pune. Being near a college means there’s always people walking around and a bit of energy in the air. 411021 is a decent area. We started PALANTUS INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED because there’s so much infrastructure work needed in this city. Pune is growing fast. You can’t drive two blocks without seeing a crane. Our office is a quiet place where we try to organize all the chaos of a construction site. We have a few computers and a lot of files. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy at the sites to worry about that. We have been in Maharashtra for our whole lives, so we know how the system works here. It’s not always easy. Materials get stuck in transit and sometimes it rains when you really need it to be dry. We just take it day by day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to finish the projects we have on our plate. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking chai and looking at spreadsheets or maps. It’s a plain office for plain work. The college students walk by and sometimes we wish we were back in school instead of worrying about cement prices. It is just the way things are in the building trade.
