Our place is out near the Abhiruchi Industrial Estate, specifically at Sr. No. 50/10/12. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and big trucks around here. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and it suits the kind of mechanical work we do every day. The building is pretty basic with concrete floors and high ceilings that stay cold in the winter months. We spend most of our time tinkering with parts and trying to get everything moving the way it is supposed to. It’s not always easy work, and some days nothing seems to go right at all. But we just keep at it until it finally works. We aren't much for big meetings or long emails that don't go anywhere. Most of our talking happens over a workbench or during a quick lunch break in the corner of the shop. You won't find any fancy decorations on the walls here, just some old calendars and maybe a few tools hanging up. The traffic near the estate can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to time our departures to avoid the worst of the rush. It’s a practical setup for people who like to work with their hands and don't mind getting a bit of grease on them. We don’t try to pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a small crew. It is a living, and we are glad to have the work. There is always something that needs fixing.
