We are Padmm Constructions Private Limited. Our office is located at Sr. No. 45/1, B-403, in the Venezia building in Baner. It’s right there on the Mumbai Highway, so the traffic noise is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees and fancy marketing departments. It is mostly just a few of us here handling the day-to-day construction business. The office in B-403 is where we do all our planning and paperwork. It’s usually covered in site maps and tea cups. We focus on local projects around Pune and the highway stretch. Most of our work involves managing sites and making sure the labor stays on track. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or supplies get delayed. We don't use big corporate words to describe ourselves. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and the phone rings more than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes. If you’re trying to find us, Venezia is a pretty recognizable spot in the Baner area. We like being here because everything is developing so quickly. We just keep our heads down and focus on our current projects. There’s no secret to it, just showing up every day and trying to get the buildings finished on time. We’ve been around long enough to know that things rarely go perfectly, but we just deal with the problems as they come up.
