We are based at No 5 Damodar Villa, which is right across the street from the Kothrud Bus Stand on Karve Road. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always a lot of noise and people walking past our door. We don't mind it much because it makes the area feel quite lively. The office isn't very big, but it fits our equipment and a few desks just fine. We handle all the engineering services from this one spot. Usually, you will find us buried in technical drawings or talking on the phone with people about project details. Kothrud is a very busy part of town, so there is never a dull moment outside. Sometimes we stand on the small balcony and watch the buses pull in and out. We have a tiny kitchen area in the back where someone is almost always making a pot of coffee. It is a very basic setup without any fancy decorations or glass walls. Damodar Villa is easy to find once you know where the bus stand is located. We have stayed at this same address for quite a few years now. Some of the shops nearby have closed or changed, but we are still here doing our thing. It is a practical place for us to work. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home like everyone else in the city.
