P. L. Automation

P. L. Automation is situated in the Industrial Estate at Nanded Phata, right along Sinhagad Road in Chichwad. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there are always machines humming and people moving about. We’re tucked in near the Nanded Phata Road, which makes it easy for us to get to work every day. The office and workshop are all in one spot. It’s a practical layout because we need to be close to the automation equipment we work on. Being in Chichwad means we’re surrounded by other technical businesses, so there’s always a sense of everyone being busy with something. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any marketing banners hanging up. It’s just a place where we put in the hours and make sure the machines are doing what they’re supposed to do. The guys on the floor know their stuff and they’ve been doing it for years. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or setting up new systems. It’s not always clean work, and we often have grease on our hands or dust on our clothes. We don’t really bother with corporate polish. We just focus on the task at hand. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just part of the daily grind for us here. It’s a solid, hardworking environment where we just get things done without any extra fuss. That is the way we like it.
