Oskar Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away at 21, Atmaram, Prashant Nagar in Navi Peth. If you know the area, it's fairly easy to find, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. It's an engineering setup, so there’s usually a bit of grease and some noise from the machines. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. Usually, you’ll find us in work clothes, probably trying to fix a machine that’s acting up or checking some drawings on the table. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need to do. Some days are quieter than others, which is nice for catching up on the paperwork side of things. Navi Peth is a decent neighborhood to work in, lots of little shops nearby to grab a snack. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows their job without having to be told twice. Sometimes the fans don't work as well as they should in the heat, but we make do. It’s just a regular workplace where we get the engineering tasks done. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the parts and the projects that come across the desk. It's a living, and we've been doing it this way for years now.
