Our shop is at Parmar Classic on Snagauge Street, right in the Camp area. It’s Shop Number 2. Camp is always buzzing, especially with all the old buildings and the history around here. Working on development projects takes up most of our time, mostly small-scale stuff in the city. The office is small but it works for us. A lot of people just drop by because we’re right on the street. It’s nice being part of the local scene. Our small team handles the site work and the office duties. There’s always a lot of traffic on Snagauge Street, so it can be a bit noisy during the day. Big advertising isn't something we do. Most of our work comes from people who see what we’re doing in the neighborhood. Dealing with the local authorities and making sure everything is on the level takes a lot of effort. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, honestly. Instead of being a corporate giant, we're just a local shop trying to make a living in the development game. The coffee nearby is great, which helps when the days get long. Plans are kept straightforward and we try to stay organized, even when the desk is covered in files. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but seeing a project come together from start to finish is why we do it. We are just regular people working hard to build things in the heart of Pune Camp.
