We are located out at Gala No 8 in the Rajindira Complex. It’s a bit of a long address to write out, being at Survey No 89/1/B/P/4/3/6/7 in Akluj. This part of Solapur is where we do most of our work. Ortus Smart Developers Private Limited might sound like a big name, but we’re just a small crew working out of Malshiras Taluka. We spend our days looking at land and figuring out where the next set of plots will go. The office isn't anything to brag about, just a functional space with some chairs and a big table for maps. We have a lot of local folks dropping by to ask about the developments. It gets dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up across the open fields. We don't use any fancy talk; we just tell people what we’re building and when it might be done. Sometimes we're late with things because of the rain or waiting on the survey guys. We know the soil and the people around Akluj pretty well. Most of us grew up in Maharashtra, so we aren't going anywhere. We’re just trying to do some honest development work without all the corporate fluff. It’s just us, some paperwork, and a lot of time spent out in the sun checking on the boundaries. We hope to see more houses going up soon.
