It’s a bit of a residential setting, which we find quite comfortable for a small office. Dhayari has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here to see it. We focus on infrastructure, but on a more personal scale. Our team is small, so we don't have layers of management. If you come by, you’re likely to see us just working at our computers or talking on the phone with suppliers. The space is a bit cramped sometimes when we have all our site maps out, but we make it work. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We aren't into fancy titles or big corporate offices. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are done right. Dealing with local authorities and getting permits takes up a lot of our time, so there’s always a bit of stress, but that’s normal in this business. We like being tucked away in Rewa Hooms because it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. It gives us a chance to think. We are just local people who know about building and we try to keep our feet on the ground.
