We are Orbis Builders And Developers Private Limited, located in the Kirtinagar area of Wadgaon Bk in Pune. Our office is a simple space at survey number 51/4C/1A. It is not a place you would visit if you wanted to see luxury furniture or fancy decorations. It is where we do the real work of planning out our construction projects. Wadgaon is a part of Pune that has seen a lot of new buildings lately, and we have been right there in the middle of it. We are just a few guys who decided to start building things on our own. We do not have a massive budget for advertising, so we just rely on doing a decent job so people tell their friends. The office is often a mess of blueprints and half-empty water bottles. We spend a lot of time on the phone arguing with suppliers or checking on building permits. It is not always fun, but it is what we know how to do. We grew up around Pune and we like seeing the city expand, even if the traffic makes our jobs harder some days. We are not trying to change the world; we are just trying to build solid structures that people can actually use. We keep things simple and try to be as direct as possible with everyone we work with. It is just a local business.
