ONIRIQUE BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Onirique Buildcon Private Limited is located at Nyati Elan West-III, specifically in Gardenia-G5-506. We are out in the Wagholi area of Pune, which has seen a ton of development in the last few years. It is a bit further out from the city center, but it is where a lot of the new housing and construction is happening. We run our operations from this office in Haveli. It is a fairly straightforward setup. We spend our days coordinating between various construction sites and making sure our supplies are where they need to be. Construction is not a clean or easy job. It is full of delays, unexpected costs, and a lot of mud when the monsoons hit Pune. We do not try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a private limited company trying to get buildings finished on time. We do not have a polished sales pitch. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we are in the office dealing with the technical drawings and other times we are out in Wagholi checking on the progress of a foundation or a roof. It is a lot of coordination and talking to different people every day. We have been in the 412207 area for a while and we have seen how much it has changed with all the new buildings going up. We are just one part of that local growth, trying to stay busy and keep things moving.
