We do not have a fancy office with a receptionist. It is usually just us in the room figuring out the next steps for a site or checking on the costs of cement and steel. Pune is a city that is always expanding, so there is never a shortage of work, but the competition is also pretty stiff. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. We do not use marketing slogans or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small team of people who know how to put a building together. Sometimes we are working late to finish up some drawings or to make sure a delivery is coming in on time the next morning. It is a lot of small details that eventually add up to a finished structure.
