Oneandonly Woods Resorts Private Limited is based out of Pune, specifically in the Kothrud area. Our office is in Bhusari Colony, at a place called Shree Rajvilla. It’s Plot Number 128, Survey Number 78. If you know Pune, you know Kothrud has changed a lot, but Bhusari Colony still feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We use this space to manage our resort business. It’s a regular building, nothing too flashy. We have our files, some computers, and a small team. Most of our work involves planning and coordination for the resorts. Since we are in a residential-commercial mixed area, it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings around the small table we have. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but the afternoons can get warm in the office. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of staff in uniforms. It’s just us. Sometimes the neighbors from the colony stop by to say hello. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and it suits what we do. It’s away from the heavy traffic of the city, which is nice. We just focus on the resorts and making sure the paperwork is in order. There isn't any big corporate philosophy here. We just work on our projects and try to keep things organized at the villa. It is a straightforward operation.
