ONE ROOF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located in the Guruvihar Building on the Pune Nasik Road, right in the Bhosari area. We’re on the third floor of building twelve. One Roof Construction Management is a small outfit, and we mostly focus on managing various building sites around Pune. Living and working near the highway means we’re always hearing the trucks go by, which actually fits our line of work. We handle the logistical side of things, making sure the right people are at the right place at the right time. It sounds simpler than it actually is. There are always issues with deliveries or someone didn't show up to pour the concrete. We spend a lot of time on our phones and looking at spreadsheets. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. It’s usually just us with some tea and a pile of folders. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local contractors pretty well. We don't try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just local people who know how to get a building up without too much drama. If there’s a problem at a site in Bhosari, we just jump in the car and go fix it. It’s practical work and we enjoy the feeling of seeing a project cross the finish line. We’re just regular folks trying to do a good job day in and day out. It gets stressful but we wouldn't want to do anything else.
