Omkareshwar Properties Private Limited has been around for some time now. Our office is located in the Ashtavinayak Complex, which is in Sukhsagar Nagar, Pune. It’s over in the Haveli area. If you come by, you’ll find us at SN 17/1, right on the SH6 road. It’s a busy spot with lots of people moving about. We mostly deal with property matters and development around this side of the city. We aren't some big multinational corporation. We are just a local team that knows the streets and the neighborhoods here. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our day talking to people about land and buildings. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, and that can be frustrating, but we just keep pushing through it. We aren't into fancy presentations or big promises. We just tell people what we know and try to help them out with their property needs. The area has grown a lot since we first started, and it’s interesting to see how many new shops and homes have popped up. We are just glad to be a small part of that growth. It’s a straightforward life here, working hard and hoping the traffic isn't too bad on the way home. We usually close up around 7 but sometimes stay late if the work demands it.
