Omgatha Builders And Developers Privatelimited is based out of Pangari, which is in the Khed taluka of Pune district. Our office is at House Number 69/1/A. Sandesh Dhondiba Wadekar is the person you usually talk to if you have questions or want to see how a project is coming along. We handle building projects in and around this area. It’s a quiet place compared to the big city, but there’s still plenty of work to do. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we manage the construction schedules and talk to the guys. Working in construction means dealing with the weather and local supplies. Sometimes things take longer than we want because of the rain or a late truck. We try to keep it simple and honest. Most of our work is about helping people get their homes or shops built properly without a lot of headaches. We've been part of this community for a bit. It’s hard work, digging foundations and putting up walls day after day. We see the same faces every day around town. It’s good to see a project finished, even if it took a lot of sweat to get there.
