You’ll find us at Plot No 4/13 in Sector No 10, right across from the Sai Weigh Bridge in Bhosari. This is a proper industrial zone. The air smells like oil and burnt metal most of the time. We’ve got machines running from morning until late evening. It’s a loud place, and we usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the lathes and drills. We do a lot of fabrication and repair work for other companies in the area. Our floors are never perfectly clean because there's always metal shavings or oil spills. That’s just the nature of engineering. We don't have a fancy front office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to customers right on the shop floor while showing them the progress on their parts. It’s honest work that requires a lot of standing and physical effort. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the night fixing it ourselves. We aren't corporate people in suits; we wear work clothes that get stained. People come to us because they know we can actually build things. It’s a tough environment but there’s a lot of satisfaction in seeing a finished piece of machinery ready to go. We’ve been in Bhosari for years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We keep a box of old tools that still work better than the new ones for those tricky jobs that need a bit of extra care.
