Om Developers

Om Developers is based out of Plot No. 35 in the Laxmi Park Colony. If you know Navi Peth, you probably know where Hotel Sargam is. Our office is right above it. It's a busy spot, and we've been working from here for quite some time now. We handle various development projects around the city. It’s mostly about managing sites and making sure materials show up on time. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we look at blueprints and talk to contractors. We spend a lot of our days dealing with the usual headaches that come with building work, like paperwork and city rules. Being in Navi Peth means we are pretty central, which helps when we need to visit different sites. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy brochures. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are long, especially when deadlines are close. People from the colony often drop by to see what's new. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this part of town since we set up shop. It gets noisy sometimes with the traffic near the hotel, but we like the energy. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s honest work and keeps us occupied from morning until late. We know the local streets well and the people who live around here.
