Pune has been growing so fast, and Tathawade is one of those spots where you see something new popping up every single day. Being near the education hub means there are always students and young people around, which gives the area a bit of energy. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet with contractors. We handle infrastructure projects, and since we are right here in Pune, we can get to most sites pretty quickly. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the right survey numbers like 55/1 or 56/1. Sometimes the traffic near the Balaji campus makes it hard to get out for lunch, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job and make sure the buildings we work on actually stand up. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this business, so the desk is usually buried under it. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we operate. We like being in this part of Pune because things are always changing and there is a lot of energy. It keeps us on our toes.
