Oem-Systems Group

If you head down Kondhwa Road and turn toward Yewlewadi, you’ll find Oem-Systems Group at Survey No.19. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which is actually quite nice for getting work done without too much noise. The area is still developing, so you see a lot of new construction around us. We’ve been here for a while, and the routine is pretty straightforward. We get to the office, grab some tea, and start looking at the systems and projects on the schedule. It’s not a massive corporate campus, just a regular place where people show up and do their jobs. The road can get a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially when it rains hard, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a local feel to the place. We aren't big on formal meetings or long presentations; we usually just talk across the desks or meet in the small break area to figure things out. It’s a practical workspace meant for productivity. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs finishing, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The Survey No.19 spot is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely, but once you know where we are, it's easy. It’s just a group of us working on OEM systems day in and day out.
