OE CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office for OE Constructions LLP is over at 345 Kensington Court. If you are familiar with Koregaon Park, we are just off North Main Road. It’s a pretty nice area in Pune, though parking can be a bit of a headache for us sometimes. We’ve been set up here for a while. The building isn't too hard to find once you turn off the main road. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the plans for whatever project is currently active. It’s a busy place. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of materials. We try to keep it tidy but construction is messy work by nature. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s a local operation. Most of the guys know the neighborhood well. We like being in this part of town because it’s central for our workers. We head out to the sites from here every day. Some of us have been in the building trade for years. We aren't big on fancy titles or anything like that. We just show up and do the work. The weather in Pune keeps us on our toes, especially during the monsoon season. We just keep moving forward with whatever we’ve got scheduled. It’s a decent living and we know our neighbors around Kensington Court pretty well by now.
