We’ve been in this spot for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks and chairs and a lot of site maps. Most of our work happens out in the field, but this is where we come back to handle the admin side of things. We deal with a lot of different materials and workers, so there is always a bit of chaos to manage. It’s hard work and the days can be really long when we are trying to finish a particular phase of a job. We don't go in for big marketing speeches. We just build things. Sometimes the weather in Pune makes it tough to stay on schedule, but we do our best. The local neighborhood knows us as the construction folks in building P-6. We keep to ourselves mostly and just focus on getting the structures built right. It’s a straightforward life. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress it up. There is always a lot to do, and we just keep plugging away.
