O Hotel The

We are tucked away in 5th Lane, just off North Main Road here in Koregaon Park. The O Hotel sits at 501 Kensington Court. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, but our specific lane is a bit quieter than the main drag. Every morning starts with the same routine of checking the lobby and making sure the night shift handled everything okay. We have a lot of rooms to look after and there is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a television remote that stopped working. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know how to handle the busy periods when everyone wants to check in at the same time. Koregaon Park is a lively area, so we get a mix of people staying with us. We don't do things in a very formal or stiff way. If a guest needs a taxi or a map, we just help them out like anyone would. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet all day. Sometimes we grab a quick tea in the back when things calm down. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our thing, making sure the rooms are ready for whoever walks through the door in 411001. It’s just us running a hotel in a busy city. We try to keep the hallways clear and the lights working.
