Our place is at Nyati Unitree, which is a big building on the Pune Nagar Road in Yerwada. The address is quite a mouthful with CTS No. 1995 and 1996B, and it’s on Survey No. 103/129, Plot B+C. It’s a very modern building compared to some of the others we’ve worked in. We have our office space here where we manage the various building projects we have going on. The building has a lot of glass and is quite easy to see from the main road. Inside, our office is pretty standard. We have our computer stations and a lot of shelves for all the project files and legal documents. It’s a bit more of a professional environment because of the building we are in, but we still keep it pretty low-key. We are mostly focused on the work itself rather than making the office look a certain way. There’s a lot of back and forth between us and the sites. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve some sort of planning or review. It’s a busy spot since the Nagar Road is one of the main arteries of Pune. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area grow quite a bit. It’s a solid place to be for the kind of work we do every day. It works out well for our team.
