NUECREACION BUILDCON LLP is situated in the Haveli area of Pune. Our office is at Flat No B 102 in the Park Express building on Baner Link Road. It is a very active part of town these days with a lot of new construction happening everywhere. We have been working in this field for a while now and we have seen the city change quite a bit. Our work mostly involves managing building projects and making sure everything is going according to the plan. It is a lot of phone calls to suppliers and site visits to check on the progress. The office on Baner Link Road is where we do all our administrative work and meet with people. It is a decent space, not too big, but it serves us well. We do not go for the high-pressure sales stuff you see from some of the bigger firms. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to get it done on time. Pune weather can be a bit unpredictable, which sometimes throws a wrench in our schedules, but we are used to that by now. We focus on being reliable and keeping things simple. There is always a lot of dust and noise when you are in this business, but seeing a finished building makes it worth the effort. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day building tasks.
