Nucleus Reality Marketing (Opc) Private Limited is based out of West End Village on Paud Road. We are in the Kothrud area, which is always busy with traffic and people moving around. Our office is at survey number 101/127. It’s a decent place to work from. We focus on the marketing side of things for real estate projects. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to connect different projects with the right folks. We don’t have a massive office with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we can sit down and get through the pile of paperwork. Paud Road is a main stretch, so we see a lot of the changes happening in the neighborhood first-hand. Sometimes it feels like there is a new building going up every single week. We just try to stay on top of what’s available for people. It’s a one-person company setup technically, but there’s always plenty to do. We aren't trying to sound like some big international firm with a fancy slogan. We’re just local people who know the Kothrud property market and want to make a living doing it. It can be stressful when things don't go as planned with a deal, but we just keep at it. We hope to be around for a long time, just doing our thing quietly and helping out where we can. There is no magic to it, just keeping track of the market.
